Who are we?
The Nottingham Motor Neurone Disease
Care Centre has a dedicated team whose
aim is to provide high level of care and
support to people living with Motor
Neurone Disease (MND).
It has a dedicated clinic with a
multidisciplinary team who have expertise
in the management of MND.
The Care Centre Co-

The team works closely with the doctors,
nurses and other community teams.
